The location of the hotel was excellent, right in the heart of the tourist area with easy access to the main attractions. The air conditioning was a welcome relief from the heat outside and made sleeping comfortable. The private bathroom was also a great feature that added value to the room.
The room was quite small and lacked space to relax during the day. there was no breakfast included which meant having to find food elsewhere.

The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city, giving quick and easy access to the old town's attractions, with markets, restaurants, and shops nearby. It's easy to get a taxi to travel to and from the airport and other surrounding neighborhoods, like Gethsemani.
The walls of the room were too thin, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep due to the noise and activity from the busy street outside.

This hotel is a hidden gem tucked away in the heart of the city. You'll find yourself right in the old town, surrounded by charming streets and interesting attractions. The location is truly unbeatable; you can easily explore the bustling shopping streets and vibrant nightlife. Despite being on a busy street, the hotel offers a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle, allowing for a good night's sleep. The staff are friendly and attentive, always ready to offer recommendations and assistance. The rooms, even without windows, are surprisingly comfortable and well-maintained. They are spotlessly clean and have air conditioning to keep you cool during the hot Cartagena days. The attention to detail in the room decor is evident, with a brand new bathroom that adds a touch of luxury to your stay. For the price you pay, this hotel offers incredible value for money.
All was perfect, no improvements needed.

It is conveniently situated on a busy shopping street, making it easy to explore and visit all the popular attractions. The rooms were very clean and well-maintained, giving off a fresh and modern vibe despite their small size and lack of natural light. The hotel was very strategically located near several main attractions, making it easy to explore the city. the staff were friendly and always ready to offer helpful tips and suggestions for things to do, see and eat. Complimentary breakfast and Wi-Fi were a nice bonus, and the air conditioning in the rooms worked perfectly which was a huge plus considering the hot weather during Easter break.
The ambiance in the hotel lobby was a bit underwhelming, though this did not carry over to the rooms, which were clean and comfortable. the walls in some of the rooms were a bit thin, so occasionally we could hear noise from neighboring guests.
